HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicle) Description Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking to recruit a Class 2 night Driver on behalf of our client to join their team in Crick. Hours of work: Nights 21:00 - 00:00 starts Monday-Friday Overnight deliveries to car dealerships (experience required) Long term work Start ASAP Salary: £18.50 per hour - Includes holiday pay Duties/Responsibilities: Carrying out relevant daily vehicle safety checks and reporting as per Operational Procedures. Ensure all delivery and collections are carried out in accordance with company procedures. To deliver & collect to customers in a safe and professional manner. To complete all work related paperwork in full and hand in at the end of the shift. Essential Skills: Good communication skills. Good customer relations. Have a safe driving record. Hold a valid HGV 1 / Cat C+E licence. No more than 6 minor penalty points. No DR’s, IN’s or DD’s offence codes due to insurance stipulations. Driver qualification (CPC) card. Digital tacho card.
