KS2 Teaching Assistant – Part-time, long-term temporary role from as soon as possible This school provides a warm, nurturing, and well-organised learning environment where pupils benefit from supportive staff, clear routines, and purposeful teaching. Leaders work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to maintain high expectations, helping pupils feel safe, confident, and ready to learn. Pupils respond positively to calm, consistent approaches that encourage independence, resilience, and steady academic progress.
