Key Responsibilities
* Support the sales team with day-to-day account coordination and administrative tasks
* Prepare client proposals, presentations, sales materials, and campaign documentation
* Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients
* Assist with campaign booking, tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis
* Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and CRM systems
* Liaise with media owners, clients, and internal departments to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently
* Monitor deadlines and ensure all projects are delivered on time
* Support with invoicing, purchase orders, and general financial administration where required
* Conduct market and competitor research to support the commercial team
Requirements
* 1-3 years of experience within a sales support, coordinator, account executive, or administrative role - ideally within media, advertising, marketing, or a related industry
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
* Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple priorities
* Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
