What you'll do:
* Deliver Excellence: Perform a wide range of mechanical maintenance tasks, ensuring optimal building performance.

What you'll need:
* Technical Expertise: NVQ Level 2 in an appropriate mechanical discipline and solid experience in facilities maintenance.
* Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to finding innovative solutions.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
* Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
* Adaptability: Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

* Electrical Conversion Course
