They are searching for a Contracts Specialist to join their team as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Belfast. Your New Role: As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, contributing to the broader legal and contracts management team. Responsibilities:
* Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
* Collaborating with clients’ in-house legal teams on international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, or consumer matters.
* Managing active caseloads and ensuring compliance with delivery commitments.
* Inputting and maintaining data on company and client systems.
* Developing contract templates, playbooks, and tools for the team.
* Contributing to continuous service improvement and value addition.
What You Need To Succeed:
* Legal Degree and/or qualified lawyer.
* Legally eligible to work in the country.
* Minimum 4 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Attention to detail and client-facing experience.
* Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word.

Desirable:
* Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services firms.
* In-house legal experience.
