Are you proactive, creative, and organised? Do you want to make an impact in a dynamic, growing business? My client is looking for a Marketing Assistant / Administrator to join their team and help drive brand awareness and sales through exciting campaigns, events, and content creation.
Your new role
1. Assist in implementing marketing plans and brand strategies, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and trade/retail campaigns.
2. Support trade shows, toy fairs, and product events: logistics, sample coordination, and showroom management.
3. Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance,petitor activity, and consumer insights.
4. Conductpetitor and market reviews to identify new opportunities.
5. Manage corporate social media channels and website: content creation, scheduling, performance monitoring, and updates.
6. Handle design and marketing requests from distribution partners.
7. Create and manage marketing collateral such as product copy and image databases.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Sales, Operations, Product Development
9. Challenge the status quo and seek innovative solutions to drive growth.
What you'll need to succeed
10. Degree level education or equivalent.
11. Strong administration skills
12. Some experience in consumer goods, retail, toys, or FMCG desirable.
13. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
14. Strong organisational and planning abilities.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
