Your new role
We are looking for teachers who are available for flexible supply work. Roles range from day-to-day cover to longer placements, with part-time and full-time options to fit around your schedule. You could be delivering pre-planned lessons, supporting mixed‑ability groups, or taking short-term responsibility for a class. Each placement offers the chance to join supportive staff teams who value clearmunication, consistency and a calm, positive classroom presence. Whether you thrive on variety or prefer settling into one schoolmunity, we’ll help you find the balance that works for you.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Recent experience teaching within a primary setting
3. Confident behaviour management and a warm, nurturing approach
4. Flexibility to adapt to different routines, expectations and school cultures
5. Strong organisational skills and a steady, practical teaching style
6. Amitment to creating a positive, secure learning environment for pupils
