Are you ready to take on a strategic and influential role as the Head of HR Service Delivery, and become a key member of Kramp’s Global HR Management Team? This is your opportunity to help shape the future of Kramp and make a meaningful impact on our people and our success.

To support and drive Kramp’s ongoing transformation—and to become a preferred employer across our markets—we are looking for an ambitious and visionary Head of HR Service Delivery.

The mission of this role is to align Kramp’s long-term business goals with HR Service Delivery strategy and translate this into impactful programs. You will serve as a vital link between our local HR teams across five European clusters and our global HR Business team.

What is your role?

Kramp Group’s HR organization is built around strategic HR Business Partnering and strong global Centers of Expertise, one of which is HR Service Delivery. Service delivery details the way HR services are delivered to the Kramp organization in terms of end-to-end processes. In this lead role, you will set the vision & direction for this topic, and translate it into a multi-year roadmap aligned with key stakeholders. Key focus areas are clarity on global versus local processes and systems, operating model decisions, increased effectiveness and efficiency, and user experience.

Your specific tasks include:

* Strategy formation: Lead the development and implementation of strategy for HR Service Delivery, anticipating complex issues, challenges, and opportunities, and ensuring integration with wider functional strategy.
* Project Portfolio Management: Prioritize, plan, and manage the delivery of projects within your expertise, using appropriate project management methodologies to ensure outcomes are achieved.
* Process Automation: Analyze business processes and develop software tools that automate routine tasks through existing user interfaces.
* Knowledge Management: Develop policies and processes, create best practices, set up case studies, and deliver internal knowledge-sharing sessions to share knowledge among colleagues.
* Change Management: Develop and deliver projects or workstreams within change initiatives, guided by senior colleagues.
* Business Process / Model Rethink: Design and execute methodologies to analyze and identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and procedures, uncovering opportunities for innovation.

Who are you?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Professional who embodies the following qualities:

HR Expertise: A seasoned HR professional with strong knowledge of multiple HR systems, proven track record in creating and delivering blueprints and roadmaps for HR service delivery.

Result-oriented: A smart, process-driven leader with a broad view but also capable of diving into details to deliver tangible outcomes.

Connector: An excellent communicator who connects with stakeholders at multiple levels in the organization, able to establish trusting relationships while pushing for outcomes.

Hands-on: Able to deliver on time, keep agreements, and strive for high quality with pragmatic implementation power.

People Management & Development: Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and high performance within the HR team.

Educational Background: Master’s degree preferably in HRM, Technology, or Business.
