Description:
This role involves providing comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients to help achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, referring clients to business partners based on needs and asset thresholds, reviewing financial and investment goals with clients, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. Employees must complete required licenses and trainings, and comply with SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks. Failure to maintain registration may lead to disciplinary actions.
Responsibilities:
* Assist clients in planning short and long-term financial goals by creating financial plans with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
* Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
* Triages client requests, referring them to appropriate internal providers based on needs and assets.
* Manage risk as part of daily activities.
* Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
* Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
* Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (or Series 63 or 65 with conditions).
* At least one year experience in the investments industry, with knowledge of investment products and services.
* Experience in financial services or sales environment with goal achievement.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Effective communication and confidence in engaging clients.
* Ability to manage goals, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn and adapt, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Desired Qualifications:
* Strong computer skills for multitasking.
* Three or more years of experience in financial services or sales.
* Additional professional designations (e.g., CFP, CRPC).
* Insurance licenses.
