Maintain and enhance ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 systems. Ensure compliance with all SHEQ legislation and standards. Deliver training, toolbox talks and drive SHEQ awareness. Investigate incidents, oversee corrective actions and produce reports. Manage risk assessments, audits and inspections across all sites. Lead SHEQ onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives. The Person NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and degree/diploma in relevant field. Proven SHEQ experience in electrical, construction, utilities or engineering sectors. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, organisational and IT abilities. Full UK driving licence essential and able to travel with role to site.
