The Role
As an Apprenticeship Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading apprenticeship growth strategies, particularly within schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts (MATs).
Your key duties will include:

Developing and delivering apprenticeship sales strategies targeting schools, academies, and education employers.

Building long-term relationships with school leaders, heads of departments, and training decision-makers.

Managing and motivating a team of Account Managers to achieve commercial and learner engagement targets.
*
Identifying new business opportunities within the education and training market.
*
Collaborating with internal teams to align sales, delivery, and compliance.
*
Representing the organisation at employer and education events across the Midlands.
The Ideal Candidate
You will bring:

A strong background in apprenticeship sales, employer engagement, or education business development.

Proven experience in selling apprenticeships or training programmes to schools, academies, or local authorities.

Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

A strategic and commercially focused mindset.

The ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.

Flexibility to travel across the East and West Midlands region.
