Experience required…
Essential:
8. Degree in a related technical field (Environmental/Civil engineering) or equivalent experience
9. Experience within a public, private or third sector UK based client
10. Experience of using NEC 3/NEC 4 ECC contract management (ideally ECC Project Manager Accredited)
11. Able to ensure appropriate stages of projects comply with Management of Contractors Direction. Ensure that all parties are aware of obligations under Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations 2015
12. Ideally experienced in using either MS Project
13. Proven experience of leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team
14. Experience of developing and managing project budgets and cost plans, reflecting changes in the project
15. Experience of facilitating project meetings, preparing minutes and regular reporting on all aspects of the project including budget, cost, programme and progress, risk registers, safety and quality
16. Able to monitor performance of project suppliers (internal and external) and their compliance with specified requirements and health and safety
17. Experience of stakeholder engagement both internally and externally on projects or responding to customer queries and requests for information
Desirable:
18. A full UK driving license
19. Chartered or working towards Chartered status
