Our client is a dynamic and busy B2B services business. You will be based in friendly office environment alongside a small on-site team. We are looking for someone with strong data skills and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
This role is ideal for a strong administrator. You will be responsible for acting as the liaison between finance/credit control and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Chasing purchase orders (POs) and invoices
Dealing with internal and external client queries
Inputting and maintaining information within the CRM system
Chasing of aged debt and purchase orders
Supporting the wider office team as needed Requirements:
Strong administrative skills
Some prior experience or understanding of basic finance would be advantageous
Comfortable using systems and databases (training will be given)
Good working knowledge of Excel (formulas and pivot tables)
