Your Role Will Involve: Providing individual and small group support to students with a range of SEND needs, from moderate learning difficulties to more complex challenges. Strong communication and behaviour management skills. A patient, adaptable, and caring approach to supporting learning. Ability to provide suitable references and hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS. *All staff undergo thorough interviews and referencing checks and must hold, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
