Situated in the residential area of Kings Reach in the market town of Biggleswade, our private, luxury care home offers several types of care for up to 65 residents. As a Care Assistant, you will be a key person in delivering excellent care and support to residents, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing.

What You’ll Do
* Empower Independence: Assist residents with daily routines, encourage positive choices and independence.
* Personalised Care: Follow and support each resident’s care plan, providing hands‑on help.
* Health and Wellbeing: Monitor residents’ health, communicate concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager, and contact relatives or healthcare professionals as needed.
* Champion Dignity: Uphold dignity and respect for every resident.
* Social Support: Encourage social interactions among residents and staff, creating a warm environment.
* Safety and Comfort: Work with housekeepers to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable spaces, responding to emergencies.
* Nutritional Support: Assist residents who need help with eating and drinking, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
* Spread Smiles: Bring joy to residents’ lives, making them smile daily.
About You
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
* Experience: At least 6 months as a Care Assistant (or passion with transferable skills).
* Passion: Genuine interest in caring for the elderly, committed to excellent service.
