The role involves working with external and internal clients to maintain a safe, clean, and sustainable environment.Responsibilities:
* Carry out grounds maintenance activities including mowing, planting, pruning, and verge upkeep.
* Maintain public open spaces, schools, and other contracted areas to high standards.
* Undertake street services tasks such as litter picking, responding to fly-tipping, and ensuring local environmental quality.
* Liaise with clients including housing associations, health trusts, police, developers, and other partners.
* Work individually or as part of a team to deliver efficient, visible, and sustainable services.
Experience in grounds maintenance or similar outdoor work.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
* Good communication skills for engaging with clients and colleagues.
* Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Commitment to health and safety standards.
