Based at our offices in Hook Norton, you will be responsible for building an industry-leading social media strategy. You will commission and create content that reflects our values, strengthens our brand and showcases Thomas Franks’ distinctive differentiators. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a best-in-class social media strategy across our key channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) and explore new, emerging channels. Develop a distinctive tone of voice for the company, using exceptional written communication skills to strengthen Thomas Franks’ position in the market. Plan, create and publish content (both planned and reactive) that showcases our food, people, clients and culture. Collaborate closely with our chefs, operations teams and clients to tell authentic, impactful stories. Manage the social media aspects of The Grid, our company-wide content calendar, ensuring appropriate planning, collaboration and delivery. Lead community management, responding to comments, engaging with partners and amplifying brand voice. Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, tools and best practice to ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry. Monitor, analyse and report on social media metrics, using these to refine approach and strategy. Support the work of the wider marketing team on campaigns, ideation and strategy. Any other duties as reasonably requested by the group marketing director. Essential Skills: Experience of managing and growing a social media presence (either for your own enterprises or for an organisation – paid or voluntarily). Experience creating engaging photo, video and written content. Strong command of the English language. Organisational and project management skills. Comfortable using scheduling, design and analytics tools (such as Canva, Later and Meta Business Suite).
