* Support telephone responsibilities and front‑line client communications where required.
* Support the use of client‑facing tools and platforms.
* Deliver consistent, positive client experiences and ensure timely completion of client and internal commitments.

Client Onboarding & Ongoing Administration

* Onboard new clients and support high levels of engagement throughout the onboarding process.
* Manage confidential electronic records and correspondence, ensuring information is stored securely and in line with company procedures.
* Accurately record and maintain client data across all business systems, ensuring completeness and auditability.

Operational Support & Business Administration

* Track and report on key management information, including client meetings and time allocation.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to exceed customer service expectations.
* Support additional duties as required to meet team and company objectives, including investment administration.

Regulatory & Compliance Support

* Ensure all work is completed in line with financial services regulatory standards and internal procedures.
* Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and care in all client interactions and record keeping.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience within an IFA, Wealth Management, or Financial Planning environment.
* Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training.
* Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products.
* Experience using back‑office systems and CRM platforms.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with Advisers, Paraplanners, and Clients.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* A proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
* Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues.
* 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
* Contributory pension scheme.
* Life assurance.
* Health insurance.
* Ongoing career development and support.
* Cycle to Work scheme.
