The Company
An exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join a Fashion-Forward Ladieswear brand. We are looking for somebody who is passionate about fashion & Social Media marketing with a solid understanding of current trends. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role for an Online Fashion Retailer & have managed a small team.
The Role
* Manage the Social Media team (3 people).
* Develop and implement Social Media Strategies for the online Fashion Brand.
* Track campaign performance & make recommendations to optimising the social media content.
* Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence.
* Overseeing all social media channels.
* Improve engagement across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & YouTube.
* Create social promotions and campaigns and track their success.
* Drive consistent, relevant traffic & leads from new social media presence.
* Set up, manage, and optimise new & existing campaigns.
* Oversee the uploading of content to social media platforms – ensuring consistent Brand TOV.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, culture, and competitor activity on social media.
* Analyse and report on effectiveness of campaign performance to optimise future results.
* Ensure the team are creating engaging & inspirational content for social media.
* Manage conversion rate for landing pages and the brands website.
* Measure and optimise ROI.
* Ensure the online marketing efforts have the highest possible ROI.
* Use Google Analytics to optimise campaigns.
* Other duties as required.
Skills Required
* MUST have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role for an Online Fashion Retailer.
* Have experience managing a small team.
* A social media or fashion related degree.
* Be a passionate about Fashion.
* Have strong CAD skills including Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Strong commercial awareness.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
* Manage multiple updates, projects and challenges to meet deadlines.
* Able to multi task and prioritize busy workload.
