Dragon Brokers is a well established (trading since 2013) and trusted UK Financial Services Company. We have around 50 staff working in-house, and around 60 mortgage brokers working as part of our succesful network.
We deal in life insurance, mortgages, private medical insurance, business insurance, income protection and more.
Job Overview
We are looking for keen, enthusiatistic people to join our protection sales team, advising customers on private medical insurance, life insurance, business protection and income protection.
We have an existing customer base of over 30,000 customers, and we attract new enquiries every day.
Duties
* Engage with potential clients by phone.
* Have meaningful conversations about your customer's goals and situation.
* Give solid advice and artiulate why this is best for your customer.
* Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
* Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout all sales activities.
Experience
* Proven experience in insurance sales or related financial services roles is preferred, but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Previous exposure to telemarketing or direct customer engagement is desirable but not essential. The Package
We offer a base salary and a simple commission structure so it's easy to understand your earnings.
Base Salary starts at £25,000, increasing to £27,500 after successful probation, and then to £30,000 once Senior Adviser status is achieved.
We have two tiers of commission; 5% and 10%.
Your likely earnings are £40,000 up to £70,000.

Monday 10:00am - 6:00pm
Tuesday 11:00am - 7:00pm
Wednesday 10:00am - 6:00pm
Thursday 10:00am - 6:00pm
Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm
No weekend work.
