1. System Architecture & Design
2. Define and evolve the holistic architecture of BMS across functional domains and hardware interfaces
3. Architect scalable and robust integration schemes for SDU, CSC, and WGM units
4. Balance competing requirements including safety, reliability, thermal management, and electrical performance
5. Requirement Definition & Traceability
6. Capture, structure, and decompose high-level system requirements into detailed functional and interface specifications
7. Establish traceability from stakeholder inputs through design and verification stages using tools like IBM DOORS or Polarion
8. Integration Strategy & Technical Oversight
9. Guide multidisciplinary teams across software, controls, hardware, and validation functions
10. Define integration boundaries, communication protocols, timing requirements, and fault handling mechanisms
11. Support validation activities including HIL setup, test case scoping, and failure mode simulations
12. Stakeholder & Compliance Coordination
13. Liaise with internal technical leaders, suppliers, and product owners to align on architecture goals
