Eventus Recruitment are working with a well-established IFA Practice based near Chester, Cheshire, who are seeking to recruit an additional IFA / Financial Planner to join their advisory team. The team prides themselves on understanding clients' unique needs and delivering tailored solutions. They are known for their commitment to delivering high-quality services and building enduring client relationships.
Role responsibilities
As an IFA / Financial Planner you will have access to, and be servicing an existing client bank, whilst also developing a significant book of clients of your own. All leads are provided and average client investment value is c£400K. This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planner, who would like to benefit from the business’s existing client relationships, whilst also being supported to grow their client base:
* Cultivating and nurture strong client relationships, with a focus on providing top-notch financial planning services.
* Working collaboratively to identify opportunities for financial planning services.
* Developing and implementing customised financial plans tailored to each client's unique objectives and requirements.
* Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to offer the best possible financial advice.
* Meeting and exceeding targets and performance metrics.
Person specification
* Proven track record as a successful IFA / Financial Planner.
* Proactive and keen to attend lots of appointments
* Hunger to close business
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to understand and address clients' financial needs.
* Relevant financial planning certifications and licenses.
* Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
