Role Description
The successful candidate will join an eight-person office team responsible for implementing and managing accreditation systems across multiple events. Full training will be provided; however, prior experience working onsite at live events and strong administrative skills are essential.
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Required
* Experience working onsite at live events.
* Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Outlook.
* Ability to understand and learn new technology and online systems.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Excellent written English and grammar.
Desired
* Understanding of event accreditation structures.
* Experience in the Festival industry.
* Experience in a customer-facing role.
Behaviours
* You should have the ability to prioritise your workload whilst working to strict deadlines often under pressure.
* You must be punctual and reliable, with the willingness to work extended hours both in the office and onsite, particularly during our peak period of May‑August.
* You should be able to liaise and communicate clearly, competently, and politely with colleagues, suppliers and members of the public.
What The Role Includes
* Coordinate accreditation stock flow, including receiving, repackaging, and dispatching to on‑site offices, while maintaining accurate inventory records.
* Produce and distribute low-security accreditation in‑house.
* Maintain and share up-to-date stock records across departments.
* Proofreading accreditation copy.
* Support team training to ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
* Assist in implementing on‑site accreditation processes for festivals.
* Assist in setting up and operating online accreditation systems pre‑event and on‑site.
* Work at several UK events as part of the on‑site accreditation team, providing professional and courteous support to staff and the public.
* Complete post‑event stock audits and reports.
* Archive or dispose of unused stock appropriately and update records accordingly.
