Job Title: Luxury Beverage Experience Manager
Beverage Management Overview:
The role of a Luxury Beverage Experience Manager involves overseeing the beverage provision for a luxury hospitality setting. This includes leading the beverage team to achieve market-leading standards across food and beverage, emphasizing high-quality service and promotion of all beverage offerings.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Service Excellence: Lead hospitality services to deliver an impressive, memorable dining experience for guests.
2. Beverage Knowledge: Provide comprehensive knowledge of menus, including ingredients, preparation, availability, pricing, and pairings.
3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the Service Team to ensure best-practice F&B and hospitality services at all times.
4. Guest Interactions: Enhance guest experiences through exemplary visual, physical, and sensory interactions.
5. Ambassador Role: Represent the client as an ambassador to support operational success and continued development.
Beverage Provision:
1. Service Standards: Oversee high-standard service across outlets and accommodations.
2. Innovation and Flair: Use innovation and flare to deliver a 5*, memorable service to all guests, leading by example.
3. Menu Development: Introduction of menu items aligning with the wider provision of the establishment.
4. Stock Management: Coordinate stocks to maximise sales and maintain service and packaging standards.
5. Training Sessions: Lead training sessions to ensure consistent high standard of service.
6. Wine Experiences: Participate in wine-tasting activities and collaborate on developing wine experiences.
F&B Services:
1. Formal Plated Service: Follow established procedures for 5 Star Hotel / fine dining / formal plated food and drink service across various guest services.
2. Upselling Opportunities: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menus, including ingredients, preparation, availability, pricing, and pairings. Upsell food, drink, activities, experiences, and events to increase revenue and profitability.
3. Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards in all F&B areas.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Leadership Experience: Experience in leading, or assisting in leading, the beverage provision for a luxury hospitality setting.
2. 5 Star Hotel Experience: 5 Star Hotel / Fine Dining / Formal Plated Service required.
3. Beverage Knowledge: Comprehensive beverage knowledge encompassing wine, coffee, tea, cocktails.
4. Presentation Skills: Presentable, cheerful, and polite demeanour, wearing appropriate uniform and maintaining personal hygiene standards.
5. Availability: Availability for weekend and evening work, as well as outdoor work as required.
6. Teamwork: Proactive, enthusiastic, team-oriented with respect for maintaining good working relationships.
7. Client Representation: Reflect the ethos of the client in appearance, character, and guest interactions.
