The Allotment Vegan & Vegetarian Eatery is a small city center venue in the heart of Manchester. The venue is a 38 cover site, located within the Mitre Hotel and boasting views of the Manchester Cathedral, the venue serves both Vegetarian and Vegan dishes from 11 am, with the last sitting being 8.45pm.
We are looking for a manager to join our team, the ideal candidate will be somebody that has extensive experience as a restaurant supervisor and is ready to take the next steps in there career.
Key daily duties will include:
* Managing a team of 2 supervisors and 4 FOH staff
* Processing orders for drink and consumables
* Scheduling the weekly rota
* Training members of staff in all aspects of there role
* Monitoring reviews and service
* Attending a weekly meeting with senior management
* Helping support the business in driving and monitoring sales
The working week is around 40-45 hours per week, with one day being on Admin duties & service charge is also paid hourly and averages an extra £2-£3 per hour on your wage.
