You’ll be at the heart of helping our customers — real estate companies across the world — get the most out of our game-changing subscription product that makes creating professional property photography and high-accuracy floor plans effortless.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Own the onboarding experience — making sure every new customer gets off to a great start. • Respond quickly and helpfully to customer queries by phone or email.
• Guide customers on how to get the most out of our product through clear communication and practical support.
• Keep customers in the loop on deliveries, subscriptions, and renewals.
• Track interactions and feedback to help us continuously improve.
• Build strong, long-term relationships that keep customers coming back.
• Handle cancellations with empathy and professionalism.
• Stay in regular contact to make sure customers are happy and supported.
• Jump in on new projects or initiatives from our leadership team.
• Pitch in with other ad-hoc tasks that help the team succeed.
