Newrest has an exciting career opportunity and is looking for a Dishwash,Equipment & Hygiene Manger tosupport its activities in Manchester. This is to support the Shift Leader inmanaging the daily operation, taking ownership and accountability for meetingoperational objectives and targets. To provideexcellent standards of service at all times to maximise client enjoyment ofproducts and to ensure the site and its assets are safe and secure at allTimes.

SALARY: Salary Circa £35,000 – £40,000

Perfil
1. To ensure all equipment is packed to the required airline specification.
2. To ensure dish room required throughputs are achieved.
3. Ensure all equipment is provided to our internal customers on time.
4. To ensure all wash machine temperatures are recorded and monitored.
5. To ensure waste compacting, removal equipment and systems are in good working condition.
6. Ensure correct equipment deadhead procedures for all airlines are adhered to and any surplus equipment is packed for storage in the warehouse.
7. To carry out quality checks including to identify damaged and faulty equipment and segregate in line with airline specifications.
8. Plan and manage teams' output to ensure all targets are met.
9. Ensure Housekeeping rules and standards are in place at all times (Clean as you go).
10. Ensure compliance with quality standards, hazard analysis, safety, health, environmental and other regulations.

21. Lead the Hygiene Team as Shift Coordinator,to ensure the completion of hygiene schedules to ensure plant and environmentare maintained to a high standard. To do this through the effective deploymentof resources, forward planning and continuous improvement.
22. To ensure the hygiene standards, cleaningprocedures, practises and equipment are continually re-evaluated in line withbest practise, company guidelines and legislation.
23. Responsible for ensuring effectiveCommunication with regards plant hygiene standards across and between shiftswithin the teams to ensure optimum performance is achieved.
