You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Be Doing Process Development: Define and write assembly work instructions, create specifications for assembly tools, and develop methods for implementing design changes in production. Technical Support: Launch parts and assemblies, provide on-site support, and prepare additional instructions to resolve disruptions or breakdowns. Continuous Improvement: Analyse anomalies and deviations, optimise procedures, and write concessions to support ongoing process improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with design and production teams to maintain consistency between reference elements, define manufacturing schedules, and specify interfaces.
