Are you a Civil or Structural Engineer with experience in planning, designing and managing building or infrastructure projects?

The Role:
* Oversee the planning, design, construction and maintenance of all site civil, structural and building works
* Manage projects and contractors from specification and tender through to safe and compliant delivery
* Conduct inspections, ensure regulatory compliance and develop capital investment proposals
The Candidate:
* HND/HNC or equivalent in Civil Engineering / Construction, or relevant experience
* Background in civil, structural and building projects, with knowledge of Scottish Building Regulations
* Strong project and contractor management skills, AutoCAD proficiency, and understanding of CDM regulations
