Senior Support Worker - £13.92 per hour
Location: Orchard House, Withington.
Shift pattern: 07:30am – 15:00pm / 14:45pm – 22:15pm.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals and the Line Manager.
* Support the Team Leader with medication management.
* Record and write up care plans and other required documentation.
* Follow guidelines, policies and procedures consistently.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
* Flexible, patient, caring, organised and personable.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Completed or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
