About the Role You will join a dynamic sales office supporting a fast-growing timber products business. Your role is central to ensuring excellent customer service, efficient order processing, and supporting the external sales team. You will also play a key part in prospecting for new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Order Processing Take incoming sales calls and process customer orders efficiently. Respond to customer enquiries, providing accurate information and solutions. Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional and friendly communication. Sales Support Support the external sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups. Help to identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting. Team Collaboration Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Contribute to a positive and productive office environment. What You'll Bring: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the timber, construction, or related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
