Citygate Prep Centre, Slough – Vehicle Technician / Service Technician to repair and service our vehicles to the highest standards possible. You will be working as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business for the retailer.

Key Responsibilities
* To receive work from the workshop controller and carry out related checks, administration and protection routines
* To assess tool and equipment requirements and communicate any related issues
* To service and repair all vehicles
* To report on all additional repair requirements as they are identified
* To make written and verbal reports on service and repair activity to the workshop controller in order to obtain authorisation
* To complete all administrative procedures (including warranty) relating to service and repair work
* To maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
* To undertake vehicle road tests when necessary
* To assist with development and training of other technicians
* To attend meetings and training programmes as required
* To perform other duties in support of other team members as required

About You
* You will be a Level 3 qualified vehicle technician ideally with VAG group background, but this is not essential
* Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
* A strong customer service focus with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
* Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
