The Role
Are you passionate about people and ready to make a real impact in a dynamic HR environment? We’re looking for a People Operations and Systems Advisor to join our People Operations team and help shape the future of our organisation!
What will you be doing?
As a People Operations and Systems Advisor, you will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience through improved systems, processes, and policies.
This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems, process and data management whilst supporting the continuous improvement of our People Team services.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Manage and maintain the HR Systems (HRIS, applicant tracking and learning management).
* Lead or support process improvement initiatives across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, offboarding).
* Serve as the first point of contact for system-related queries, providing guidance and training to HR colleagues and end-users.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR platforms, supporting regular audits and compliance requirements.

* Produce HR metrics and dashboards, delivering actionable insights to HR leaders and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve system issues, upgrades, and implementations.
* Support the talent acquisition and onboarding activities, including supporting hiring managers, and producing job offers.
The Person
Essential:
* Experience working in HR Operations with a strong understanding of systems and data.
* Proficient in using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Degree educated or equivalent.
* Solid generalist HR experience.
Desirable:
* Project management and/or process mapping experience.
* Previous experience leading in HR system implementations or upgrades.
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it).
