We are currently working with a London-based law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary / Administrator to join their Private Client team.
This is a great opportunity to join a small, recently formed team in a friendly and supportive environment, working closely with a Partner, Solicitor and Paralegal. The role would suit someone with prior experience in private client work who enjoys a varied administrative and support position.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the Private Client team with a range of secretarial and administrative duties, helping to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the team
* Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
* Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
* Handling client calls and enquiries in a professional and sensitive manner
* Opening and maintaining accurate client files
* Assisting with general office administration
* Supporting the team with ongoing private client matters
About You
We are looking for an organised and reliable individual with previous experience in a similar role within private client.
You will have:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Administrator within Private Client
* A genuine interest in private client work
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA high level of attention to detail
* A professional and client-focused approach
* The ability to work well within a small team
