Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors
* Manage calls, shared inboxes and general enquiries
* Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering and event logistics
* Support office facilities, supplies and day-to-day operations
* Assist with admin tasks, data entry and event registrations
* Help organise team lunches, away days and staff welfare activities
About You
* Experience in reception, front-of-house or admin roles
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Friendly, professional and able to multitask
* Confident using Microsoft Office and Outlook
