Description
The F&B team plays a central role in shaping the Skibo experience, delivering personalised, high-end service across multiple venues on the estate — from the historic castle to the golf clubhouse, and even mobile setups in the Highlands. Service extends beyond typical hospitality settings, with opportunities to serve guests in unique locations such as the Treehouse activities centre or during guided walks. The team also benefits from no split shifts, a standout perk in hospitality that reflects the Club's commitment to a sustainable work/life balance.
