RSM’s NetSuite practice are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to play a critical role in driving our lead generation strategy. This role combines traditional Business Development Representative (BDR) responsibilities with management and strategic oversight of our outbound marketing and lead generation functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating high-quality leads, managing outbound marketing initiatives, and leading a team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
You will make an impact by:
* Providing ongoing training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to the lead generation team.
* Owning and driving lead generation efforts, identifying and qualifying prospects through outbound sales strategies.
* Developing and executing outbound marketing campaigns, aligning efforts with overall sales and marketing goals.
* Improving prospecting strategies, outreach sequences, and qualification frameworks to enhance efficiency.
* Conducting in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, validate prospect data, and refine target audience segmentation.
* Collaborating with the sales and leadership teams to ensure the alignment of outreach efforts & setting KPI’s to track performance.
What we are looking for:
* Demonstrable experience in a BDR/SDR role, with management experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B sales environment.
* Demonstrable success in achieving individual lead generation targets, as well as building and coaching SDR teams to exceed pipeline targets.
* Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques, sales frameworks, and qualification methodologies.
* Ability to develop and implement effective outbound marketing and lead generation strategies.
* Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools to track performance and optimise outreach.
* Ability to inspire, coach, and develop talent while fostering a collaborative team culture.
* Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective clients and industry contacts.
* Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
