As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Ensure\n that each child’s individual needs are met and a high standard of\n professional care and education is delivered in a caring, safe and secure\n environment in which all children can play, learn and develop.
* Observe,\n assess and plan an interesting, stimulating and challenging range of early\n years activities which supports each child’s individual learning and\n development needs and abilities.
* Engage\n as a professional member of the team, exhibiting a flexible attitude and\n willingness to develop new skills
* Ensure\n that company policies and procedures are read, applied, regularly reviewed\n and adhered to by all
* Follow\n risk assessments diligently and report all health and safety matters to\n management.
* Enhance\n the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical,\n intellectual, social and emotional development

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will need:
* Full\n and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
* Fluent\n in written and spoken English - essential
* Over\n 1 year’s experience of working in Early Years - desirable
* Knowledge\n of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements -\n desirable
