What you’ll be doing: Making 50 outbound calls per day to your dedicated sector Using phone, email and LinkedIn to connect with organisations that align with SMI’s target spend criteria for PPE, Workwear or Hygiene Booking and lead structured virtual discovery calls to uncover pain points Securing qualified face-to-face meetings or tenders for the senior sales team Confidently representing SMI’s value proposition and core offering Updating and manage your pipeline and activity via HubSpot CRM Hitting clear monthly KPIs: 1,040 dials, 105 quality conversations, 21 discovery calls, 6 qualified opportunities What you’ll need: Demonstrable success in a phone-based sales or business development role Strong objection-handling and gatekeeper navigation skills Confident, persistent, outcome-focused Excellent verbal communication, rapport building, and questioning ability Organised, self-motivated, and tech-savvy (MS Office & HubSpot CRM experience preferred) Why SMI?
