Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy across new and existing FM service lines.
* Manage and mentor a dynamic sales team, setting targets, providing coaching, and fostering high performance.
* Identify new opportunities, lead end-to-end bid and tender processes, and build strong client relationships.
* Work closely with the operations and executive team, providing clear sales pipeline reporting and market insights.
Key Requirements:
* Proven track record in senior sales roles, ideally within the Facilities Management sector.
* Experienced in managing, motivating, and scaling successful sales teams.
* Strong understanding of pricing models, contract structures, and client value propositions.
* Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence at all levels and lead successful tender submissions.
