You will play a key role in helping young individuals lead safe, independent, and fulfilling lives. Responsibilities Include: Supporting young people with emotional, social, and practical needs Encouraging independence through daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and budgeting Assisting with personal care, medication, and care planning Promoting engagement and participation in meaningful activities Maintaining accurate records and contributing to multi-agency care plans Working as part of a 24/7 team, including sleep-ins or waking nights Requirements: NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it Experience in care or support work is desirable Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnights Basic IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office) Why Join Us?
