We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Lead to join a growing organisation operating within the defence and advanced technology sector.
This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic and operational-led role in a highly regulated, mission-critical environment supporting programmes that contribute to national security and defence capability. We are seeking an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can partner effectively with leadership teams to drive culture, performance, and organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
* Deliver on operational HR initiatives
* Provide trusted HR guidance and support to managers and senior leaders
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
* Supporting and preparing for a TUPE project
* Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
* Support workforce planning and organisational development
* Drive performance management and employee development initiatives
* Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and internal standards
* Maintain HR systems, reporting, and data integrity
What We’re Looking For:
* CIPD Level 5 qualified
* Minimum 2 years’ HR experience
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice,
* Experience operating within a regulated or technical environment is advantageous
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to influence and support managers on people-related matters
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
