Operational support: Working from our internal ticketing system, to support users and systems. Supporting daily operational issues in a production environment, such as pc’s and peripherals. Setting up and maintaining barcode scanning systems and screens.
Infrastructure support: Supporting and maintaining all existing server and network systems and services. Working alongside our MSP at 2 nd /3 rd line support level.
Project & Systems Developments: An exciting opportunity to be heavily involved in defining and implementing new systems & services and making changes to current services as part of the successfully delivery of new planned project initiatives.
Systems Configuration:Configuration, Administration and Maintenance of our bespoke MRP and manufacturing software systems.
Qualifications
* Experience in 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd line support inline with MSP support.
* Experience supporting MRP systems in a manufacturing environment
* Flexible and willing to learn new skills and systems
* Full driving licence – As will need to travel of other sites across the Group.
