Job Description
3. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and promptly
4. Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions
5. Maintain and organise financial records for auditing and reporting purposes
6. Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation
7. Respond to queries from internal teams regarding financial matters
8. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure compliance with policies
9. Identify and address discrepancies in financial data
10. Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to financial administration as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
11. A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and processes
12. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
13. A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
15. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
