Group Treasurer
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £110,000 – £135,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are partnering with a large, multinational organisation at the forefront of its industry to appoint a Group Treasurer into a senior, high-impact leadership role.
This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the global treasury function, leading strategy, operations, and transformation across a complex, multi-entity international business.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the group’s treasury strategy, ensuring robust liquidity management, optimised funding structures, and best-in-class treasury operations.
You will lead the ongoing development of the Treasury Management System (TMS), oversee key banking and funding relationships, and play a central role in supporting the organisation’s growth and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and own the Group Treasury function across multiple regions, entities, and currencies
* Define and execute group-wide liquidity, funding, and capital strategies
* Oversee and negotiate loan facilities, including RCFs, term loans, and bilateral agreements
* Manage and optimise the Treasury Management System (TMS), driving automation and scalability
* Lead global cash management, forecasting, and cash pooling structures
* Oversee FX and interest rate risk management, including hedging strategies
* Build and maintain senior relationships with banks, lenders, and financial partners
* Provide strategic insight and reporting to the CFO, Board, and senior stakeholders
* Strengthen treasury governance, controls, and policies across the group
* Lead, develop, and mentor the treasury team
Requirements
* Significant treasury leadership experience within a multinational or complex corporate environment
* Proven track record managing global liquidity, funding, and loan facilities
* Strong experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and treasury transformation initiatives
* Deep understanding of FX, interest rate risk, and financial markets
* Experience managing senior banking and lender relationships
* Professionally qualified (AMCT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) highly desirable
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at Board level
* Commercial mindset with a focus on driving value and efficiency
