\nTHE ROLE:
\n• You will be responsible for a varied and busy contentious probate caseload from inception to completion.
\n• You’ll be advising individuals, executors, trustees, and beneficiaries on a wide range of contentious probate matters
\n• Supervising more junior members of the team.
\n
\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Applications are sought from Contentious Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE
\n• STEP/ACTAPS membership or working towards it (desirable)
\n• Exceptional technical knowledge and commercial acumen
\n• Confident handling complex litigation and client relationships
