The Role
My client is looking to expand their Re-mortgage Team in Leeds. The role involves managing a personal caseload from start to finish, handling complex aspects of the re-mortgage process, and ensuring legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a large caseload of re-mortgage files
* Meet personal targets and deliver results
* Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
* Handle complex re-mortgage transactions
* Oversee files from opening to completion with administrative support
* Provide excellent service to clients, introducers, and associates
* Address complex enquiries professionally
* Identify risks and resolve issues proactively
* Maintain files in accordance with SLAs, regulatory, and statutory requirements
* Keep detailed notes and communicate promptly via email and phone
* Ensure accurate billing and correct funds transfer upon completion
* Support and coach Trainee Case Managers
* Enhance client experience using conveyancing systems and technology
* Suggest improvements to policies and procedures
* Adhere to company policies at all times
* Perform any other duties as required

The Person
* Approximately 2+ years’ experience as a Case Manager preferred
* Enthusiastic team player and self-starter
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, including verbal and numerical abilities
