Our investment banking client, based in Belfast, is now actively hiring an Executive Assistant to join one of their busy teams for a 6-month contract. You will provide administrative duties senior executives and to a wider teams in a paced bank area.
For this role, you should have experience as a personal/executive or team assistant supporting senior executives, and work for large banking or financial services organisations. You should also have experience communicating at C-Suite level.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative, and flexible working culture and work alongside other administrative assistants.
You must be able to attend the office 3 days a week in Belfast.
