Key Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound and outbound insurance sales enquiries
* Advising customers on suitable insurance products based on their needs
* Providing accurate quotations and policy information
* Ensuring all sales are compliant with FCA and company procedures
* Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
Requirements:
