Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, located in Central Scotland with the flexibility for some work from home. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with operation teams, developing accounts, resolving client queries, preparing reports, and ensuring project timelines are met. Collaboration with all internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery will also be a key responsibility.
